I'm a risk-taking, self-starting, intermediate-level art director with ten years of independent experience in graphic design and brand strategy. My primary goal is to help my clients connect with their clients through provocative branded experiences.
My favorite clients to work with are culturally-focused and have a commitment to improving the everyday experience of their own clients, consumers, or end users. Counter-culture brands striving for relevance in mainstream markets tend to be especially fun to work with, for example live musicians in the rock genre. Most of my work has elements of rock that read through and through, whether or not the client has a direct connection to the music industry.
My formal education takes the form of a Communications Design degree from Pratt Institute, but I've learned just as much (if not more) in the streets, studios, galleries, and clubs of New York doing a range of freelance gigs. Current project include visual brand identity development, innovative digital and print collateral (both pro bono and fee-based), and promoting kick ass music.
If you want to know a little more about me, I encourage you to check out my website where you will find "my stuff", resume, and linkedin. Let's start a conversation.
